Why the discipline on amenity claims? Because a guest who books a cabin expecting a fire pit and arrives to find none will write the review we do not want. We list only what the unit actually has — the flip side is that when we say Mountain Retreat has a fire pit, you can book on that claim.

Woodland Park sits well outside Colorado Springs' light footprint. On clear nights the sky gets genuinely dark — this is a destination attribute of the region, not a certified amenity of the unit.
